Game false advertising get it cheaper

So I went on to takealot saw 65" smart TV for R10799. 00 I went to Game in Kimberley they said it's R14999. 00 but I can get it for R10799 minus the 10% on the difference if I buy it from them, good I said I will buy it. So I must come the next day because the area manager has to authorize it and he left already. No problem I said today 03 Jan 2019 I went back only to be told no they can't give me the difference and I will have to pay delivery fees because the TV is too big for my car. I can get it for R10799 that's all. Never ever will I buy anything from Game stores they **** and it's false advertising.
