GAME FALSE ADVERTISING

I'm so disappointed in Game I always recommend it to friends and family giving them a good name because they have never disappointed me, but lately I'm not happy with their service or let me say how they operate their business, there is a catalogue special which has false advertising. Why I'm saying this is because I went to 3 shops namely Game Chris Hani Mall, Game Alberton and Game East Rand Mall where they told me the VIVO Y21s Dual Sim of R3499 I see on the catalogue it has been out of stock for 6 months now when I asked but why do they put on catalogue because the special started on 7 Feb -6 Mar 2023, the lady who assisted me forgot to take her name said she doesn't know I should contact customer care . I then called customer care where I got assisted by Visa @ 15;56pm who checked it for me and said online is R5000 and I told him yes I saw that one but on the catalogue it's cheaper, he then said he has raised a case and they will get back to me and I should also send an email plus pictures of the phone on the catalogue which I did but till today nothing and I wanted that phones as it has all the features I need on the phone and would be a perfect gift for me as it was my birthday on the 15 of Feb but to my disappointment this happened, I'm so hurt knowing how much I vouch for them and worse it's not the first time, the first time I brushed it off with brutal 500ml in December now this again. if they don't pick up their socks, they'll lose customers.
