GAME - FALSE ADVERTISING AND NOT ISSUING MY REFUND

I purchased an item online from Game. The item showed that it was in stock and on promotion. After processing payment, I received a notification that my product would be delivered after a week of purchase. On the day of the delivery, I did not receive any communication from Game about when my product was going to be delivered. After struggling to get in touch with customer service, game eventually advised that the item was out of stock and my order has been cancelled. It has been 3 weeks since I’ve processed my order online and have yet to receive my refund. I’ve been liaising with Sashin Solomons who completely ignored my messages when raising my concern that I have not received any refund. I’m very disappointed and will certainly not be purchasing any items from the store. This was false advertising! why advertise products on the website and accept payment when there is no stock available! I’ve always been a regular customer and loved the brand but this was absolutely uncalled for. I feel that I should be reimbursed and given a voucher to the value of the product that I purchased as I was led to believe that the product was in stock. This is *********.
