Game - False advertising???

I saw an add in the online app for Sinotech 32 Inch HD LED TV (811361-EA) for R2199. Nowhere in the add are any mention that it is online sales only. I drove to GAME store in Richards Bay to purchase this TV. When I wanted to purchase it, they said the price is R2699. When I showed them the add, they say it is only for online purchase and I need to purchase it online. I then drove home, went online and tried to purchase this item, but there are no “Add to cart” button available. I’ve phoned your helpdesk and after the operator consulted with his supervisor, he said that if an item is advertised, it must state that it is available in stores also, else the store can sell it at its own prices. He even said that a similar item might cost more in Durban than in cape town. Is this true? And if this is true, then why can I not purchase this item as advertised by Game for the price as advertised online. Game Richards bay have a lot of this item in stock. Please assist and tell me what is really going on or is this just a trick to get the people to the GAME stores in the hope that they will purchase something else. This is an item advertised by GAME app and Game web site, but impossible to purchase from GAME (Online and in stores) for the price advertised!!!!! And this is not even a sales item but a standard priced item.
