On the 17 of February I purchased a I-life two in one zed the adverti*****t had a two year onsite warranty when I went to games I was told Ruveshan Naidoo to call to activate the warranty upon calling the Incredible solutions number I was given I was told they don't deal with the warranty for i-life I than called games and asked to speak to the Ruveshan Naidoo that gave me the number to call he didn't come to the phone instead had a other agent tell me to call the number again and tell them they had to help me and there was nothing they can do. So I called the number again and again and I keep getting placed on hold to date no one as help me and to is the last day to set up the warranty now they are closed I and my family will never purchase any from Games again I have a copy of the adverti*****t
