Game fails to honor the guarantee on my faulty laptop

I bought a Laptop from Game Kenilworth Cape Town on the 20th July 2017. Game offers an additional 1 year guarantee after the suppliers 1 year guarantee expires. That was what persuaded me to purchase my laptop from Game. Turns out the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on? Today I collected my laptop which was sent away for repair under guarantee as i failed to switch on (not the charger as that tested to be in perfect working order) I was told that it can not be repaired because of liquid damage. What a cop out??? It must be their standard line for not repairing electronic equipment? I have never spilled one drop of fluid on or even near my laptop, it has only ever been used indoors and certainly nowhere near any moisture. I am very disappointed in their lack of after sales service and will certainly NEVER purchase anything from Game again.
