Game failed to keep their promise again

I bought a fridge from game on Saturday and they promise to deliver on Tuesday which is today. Now it’s in the afternoon and I am trying to call customer, the first agent keeps putting me on hold and I try calling again the second one tells me to talk to the person I bought from them drop the phone on me. I try calling again and ask for a manager to voice my complaints and they tell me the is no manager. She says she will call the store and get back to me and that was an hour ago. Game don’t care about their promises and if you don’t believe me see the article on my broadband. I will say before you buy something from Game in Alberton shopping centre do your research they don’t know how to keep promises and the whole game customers. Later I get a call that don’t have stock, they sold my fridge. This is the second time Game has done this to me
