Game failed to deliver good service as promised

Last year November we bought a top loader Defy 8kg washing machine from Game-Woodlands,this year in July we logded a complaint to Game that the machine no longer wash the clothes it only pours out the water out of the pipe.A guy from Defy came to fix it but still the same problem.Last mnth we called. Game and spoke to Lawrence that can we bring the machine since Defy has failed to fix it,said he will speak to his Supervisor and come back to us and still no respond.The gaurantee is abut to end next month.I find their service so poor and the machine still not fixed.Very disapointed and angry because I have to handwash whle having a machine.
