I received the most pathetic service from Game Greenacres, I bought a laptop and 2 weeks later the laptop died I returned it to the store, they cant refund me they first have to send it off for assessment, the manager tells me if I'm unhappy the NCA is in place and I can contact the ombudsman, the laptop gets sent for assessment 8 days later I still don't know what's happening in the 8 days I went to the store 4 times for feedback on progress.
