Game Extended Warranty Sucks

I purchased an LG microwave from Game Store with it an extended warranty, recently it started to rust and the door switch became stuck, so on on the 5th of Sept 2020 I had it booked at the pavillion game store. Its now the 15 Oct 2020 and I still have not received my microwave. Game extended warranty does not deliver. Numerous visits and calls to the store, assistants try to help as best they can but head office is lagging. Its now 39 days, the assistance advised of a credit however nothing is certain.
