Game extended warranty ****

I purchased a Defy Twintub Washing machine about 2 and half years back from Game which came with a 2 year standard warranty. I was sold an extended warranty for a further 3 years. I decided to take it up based on the guarantee given by game that they will attend to repairs if there is any issues with the machine over the 5 year period. On the 22 November 2021 I logged a claim for repairs and was promised that it would take 3 to 5 working days for the repairs. It is now 8 December 2021 and no one has had the courtesy to even contact me to do the repairs. I have made several calls to Game extended warranty and they keep fogging me off saying they will get back to me. Game extended warranty is a ****.
