Game extended warranty is a waste on money

Game Stores is a store that always disappoints their customers. DNT EVER TAKE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY that Game promises. Its a pathetic service and an absolute money making scheme. I purchased a 5 plate gas stove 2 years ago. It worked well till last year MAY. I laid a complaint last year about 2 plates not working. Technicians came through to fix, asked us to get another part to make it work. Followed their instructions and still the 2 plates didn't work. We called them back came through ONLY in October to detect the fault. Then said going to get parts. Till today 6 months later my stove is not fixed. I've phoned the store, went there personally, emailed and phoned the Game EXTENDED warranty team NO ONE wants to asisst. Nobody takes my call at the GAME LIBERTY MALL branch. This store has thee most lazy, unfriendly and *********** manager and staff. They keep promising to get back and they don't. Any advice on the way forward did anyone else have the same problem with GAME EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE?
