Game extended warranty a Sham, pathetic after sales service

I purchased a 49" TV from game store in 2018 and an extended warranty with it. I logged a case on the 8th of January regarding a stuck pixel and have received no feedback regarding this issue yet. I have called over 6 times regarding this and have not received a call back from a technician yet. Why purchase an extended warranty when you cannot make use of it. Pathetic after sales service. I was given a direct number by a customer care service agent, when I called through and spoke to the lady I told her it's a bad line and I will call back. Once I cut the call she did not pick up after. I am chasing in circles. When I try to phone the store, no one picks up there either. Am I to expect this post to be ignored as well?
