Game Extended warranty

this is my 2nd time that i am having a problem with my TV that i bought from Game. the first time around it took them 2 and half months to repair my TV. now i have phone in on the 18th August to repair my TV as i took out an extended warranty. to date (27/08/2020) my TV has not been picked up to be repaired. the reason is that they are very busy. this is unacceptable.
