game error
so game advertised a fridge for R299.00 INSTEAD of R2999.00 on there face book page, I went to game canal walk where they told me they will take my details and get back to me, I told them that this is the price advertised and that what im going pay, not my error I understand its a very big discount but u advertise and that's what the customer needs to pay. anyway to cut long story short there's nothing they cant do about it, I even suggested give the fridge at a better price, they said no as it is already on special, anyway I believe in what is advertise that's is what u needs to pay.

We can unfortunately not offer you the item at that price and refer you to the CPA 23. Disclosure of price of goods or services (9) If a price as displayed contains an inadvertent and obvious error, the supplier is not bound by it after— (a) correcting the error in the displayed price; and (b) taking reasonable steps in the circumstances to inform consumers to whom the erroneous price may have been displayed of the error and the correct price.
