Game empty promises on warranty

I bought Samsung microwave on 21/07/2018 and before end of October,the microwave was not turning on. Nhlanhla and Dikeledi help me to book for repair/fix and after the 22/11/2018 ,Dikeledi told me that the supplier is charging me R1200 As they found ****roaches inside the microwave and the microwave was bought for R1800

So we asking ourselves that on the warranty it states that they will not repair when they find that we tampered with the microwave, and we didn't it was just unfortunate that where we were staying they were roaches. Kindly assist us with giving us clarity of how can we deliberately put in roaches in the microwave and those are human nature creatures in some complexes

Can we kindly request Game to refund us for the microwave as what is the point of putting warranties on products and they don't commit to their promises

And we can't be qouted 1200 for a microwave of R1800
