Game Eastgate specials not loaded

To Whom it may concern.

Kindly check that your IT department loads the specials as advertised electronically as well as in the pamphlets' supp**** in weekly newspapers. As we have been there twice for specials and have had to have a manager amend the price advertised in store and in the newspapers because the IT Department or whoever loads the specials has/does not do there jobs.

We go to the store and the workers are upset as customers are fighting with them due to the above issue..

Kindly assist the customers and workers to ensure that the correct specials are loaded on the system.. we had to speak to customer care as we were charged R39.95 extra as the special wasn't loaded

As well as the Aircons @ Eastgate are constantly on heat, which is not necessary as the temperature is to much when walking into the store.. which make us sick.. Either switch them off or lower them to a reasonable temperature please
