Game Eastgate mall - unable to return faulty phone.

Game eastgate mall. I bought a cellphone on the 1st of may 2020, a month after the purchase, the speaker died. I had to use headsets in order to use the phone. i had my receipt but had a bank statement plus the card number to prove that i had made the purchase. i was told the system was being upgraded and had to wait a month without a phone. It's been 2 weeks since they took my details to prove my purchase. The phone has not been booked it yet. That's 1 month and 2 weeks without a phone. I am still waiting!!
