Game Eastgate and JHB City Service stinks

I went to Game Eastgate on Thursday the 9th of August 2018 to buy a Sleeper couch. I paid for the delivery. Since last week friday the 10th I have been waiting for my couch. Their service is bad, the staff looks like they don't want to work. I have been calling Game Eastgate from Friday asking about my delivery and they have been sending me to pillar to post.,I am so upset with their service it is so bad. I had to go back to the shop to ask whats going on, they sent me to JHB City Game, the same story, I thought Game was a very reputable store but now I don't think so anymore.
