Game Eastage, worst sales staff anywhere, If you want to be disrespected shop at game

Sales staff extremely rude to customers, shelves hidden behind pillars, when asking a sales person "Quinton" for assistance to get a pack of headphones from the shelf hidden behiond a pillar he first ignored me, thinking he didn't hear me I took a step closer to him and asked again, he then ignored me and walked to another customer who was looking at TV's when I asked again he said he just looked at me and said another customer, then when I complained about the shelf behind the pillar he said tell head office, I asked him to see a manger and he just laughed. I asked one of the other sales people if I could speak to a manager and after waiting more than 20 minutes he showed up and showed no concern over the situation, I lost my temper and only then he started reacting but not because of the poor people s****s his staff has but because I was upset at his staff.

This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened at this branch. after 20 plus years of supporting game I will never shop there again. I got my headphones from another retailer and gladly paid more than double the price.
