GAME EAST POINT, GAUTENG - Pathetic customer service

We were at Game today in East point, Gauteng. We wanted to purchase a Bennett read high pressure cleaner that was on special, however, there was another store that had the same product at a cheaper price, but since Game has a price beat policy, we decided to purchase this along with a few other items. We were in the store for around 40 minutes with no one around to ask for assistance in any of the normal isles. When we get to the till, we were met with a friendly cashier who had to call someone superior to override the system for the price change. The supervisor had a terrible attitude towards us and didn't want to credit the difference, after some time complaining to those around her in a language that was not English, she performed the transaction and we left the store. Only to realize that there was another item that we were overcharged for. We had to go back into the store and had the same woman approach to ''assist'' us. To which she didn't even check before replying that the product was not overcharged. We then proceeded to the aisle to which we showed her the correct price, this still was not enough to convince her. After another 30minutes in the store, which I have to add does not have air conditioning for the past 5 months, maybe more, we were given a voucher and had to follow another queue to get a refund. This was an experience that has left us very irate and with an extremely poor impression of such a big brand company. I am definitely not sorry to say that we will not be visiting this store again.
