Game East London bad service

I've been to game Vincent park to ask for the Samsung microwave grill that they have on special for 2699 which is a Samsung 40L they said it's sold but beacon has stock 20 of them I still confirmed it's 2699 they said yes the lady they spoke to has stock I told them to tell her to keep me one I will come to beacon bay now I am here and game beacon retail park to purchase a Samsung microwave grill that is advertised for R2699 on promo till the 2nd of march now they telling me they don't have that model the lady denied keeping the one I asked for which is 2699 so Sibiya male staff member explained to me that they don't have that microwave for R2699 they only have the R2799 microwave that's on promo but they don't have a grill which clearly states samsung grill electronic microwave 40L on there website so now I am even more frustrated because of false advertising I came all this way for nothing and told to complain because of the false advertising then only they can help me,this is very bad service as a company no one honors what they say 😤now I have to leave here without a microwave
