Game dropped the Delivery Ball

Promised delivery today only to find out that someone messed up the delivery address and they don't know whose going to fix it now, and when the delivery will take place. Live chat agent obviously doesn't want to work as she ghosted me as soon as she had to do some investigation and escalation.
