Game don't deliver online order

Ordered a printer from Game online on 20 April 2020. Until today I have not received the printer, and NOBODY responded to any mails, tickets or answer the phone at the call centre. I eventually when to Makro to buy I printer because of the pathetic service from game. So now im trying to speak to somebody in the useless organisation to get a refund..... but that is not possible. Doesn't matter how many times you phone, how many e-mails and how many support tickets you log, they don't respond. To anybody out there that are thinking of ordering online at game, you will be lucky if you get you order this year. They are absolutely useless, no that is an understatement. Game, if you ever catch I wakeup and you decide to respond to your customers, please phone me to make arrangements for my refund.
