Game don't wanna refund me

I bought a Defy fridge at game store at Bayside mall in Table view, now the fridge is freezing on top as well. I reported this and the technician was send 2 times and the fridge still doing the same thing. I went back to report this matter and I wanted to take other fridge or get a refund. ... till now no one is solving my problem
