Game don't beat any price

On the 20th of Feb 2015 we bought a front loader washing machine at game Eastgate mall for R4999. On Saturday the 21th we went to qwaqwa in free state to visit family. To our surprise game in qwaqwa setsing where selling the same machine for R3899. We then asked the sales guy if they will beat the price and refund us the difference the manager Godisang after making few calls to eastgate said we can buy the machine from them for R3899 and ask eastagte to refund us and they can still deliver for us. After waiting for almost 1 hour 30 minutes everything completed ready to go and make a payment king from game eastgate phoned us and told us they will not deliver if we buy from game setsing we will have to carry the machine from setsing to kempton park ourselves. All of a sudden Godisang was no where to be found and now there was 2 new managers saying we cant get the machine cheaper unless we take it ourselves and they will not deliver. I am very disappointed with the service we received from game. I have never had such a bad experience with them. We always buy all our small and large appliances from game with no problems. We are cancelling the while sale and we want our money back
