Game doesn't want to refund me

Game, what's taking you so long to refund my money? So this is what Game does, I write a review on hallopeter and someone replies with the same message of how sorry they are about my experience and will try to have my issue resolved as quick as possible, then someone calls me and makes promises and it ends there. I call Game and the consultants always tell me how they are escalating the matter. and then I complain again on hallopeter and the process starts again.

Game clear has no intentions to refund me money!!! It's been 6 months now. Game people, I want my money back PLEASE!!!!!
