GAME DOES'NT WANT TO REFUND ME
On the 17th of December 2025 I ordered a fridge on the Online game website and immediately after I paid using my game RCS store card, the R3300 was debited from my account but on the Game website my order failed,. I called Game and I was told that I will be refunded in 5 business days. I have been sending emails, calling them every day since the 17th of December till date and they keep telling me that my refund is being process. As i am typing this I sent another email today and I just spoke to one of their consultants and still nothing.
