Game doesn't want to close my account

Struggling to get my account closed after settling the balance. No reply on email since 22 March, paid up letter sent to me but no mention that account is closed. Also, I overpaid the outstanding balance and expect a refund of my money because if your loyal customers are 2 cents short, you would put debt collectors on them to get you money.
