Game doesn't need business...

Went to Game at Mall of the South at the beginning of the week. Looking for 16 x 2.5kg weights. They didn't have but took my details and said they would get back to me. Guess what? No call... nothing. I then sent a DM on Twitter to them. I included the link on their website . I got a message back. "Please advise which stock you would like us to check stock" I then responded saying I had sent the link ... Guess what no response. And guess what... Still no response... Must be great to run a company that doesn't seem to want to sell their products to willing customers yet they can send me hundreds of emails????

I'm sure I'm not the only customer with this problem. And to think I worked in the very first Game in Durban as a student... I would have been fired for such poor customer service.
