GAME doesn't deliver! no stars

The worst service ever!!!!! Online Game promises a delivery of purchases within 2-5 days. It's been more than 10 days and nobody knows where my purchase is at. to top it all off, the shop that had to arrange the pick up for delivery doesn't answer their phones. My advice: rather pay more and actually get your purchase because game doesn't deliver
