Game does not stick to return policies

<p>So I recieved ps4 and ps3 games as gifts over Christmas. Games I happen to have already. Person who gave it to me says that they bought it from Game. I go to Game Parow Sanlam Center customer service to return sealed gamesl who says that I need to check with the stock controller Janine first to see if they have items in stock. Janine confirms that they do have the 2 games on their system and I can go back to customer service to recieve a gift voucher. I get there and then I'm told that because my games "are old and won't sell" they won't take it back. It clearly states in their return policies that if they have it on their system without reciept they will issue a voucher for the lowest selling price. A bunch of ***** with a poor excuse for a sales gimmick.</p>
