GAME DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS AND REFUND AND DOES NOT REPLY

i ordered a fridge 15 Oct. took practically 3 weeks to be delivered. the online order has still not been refreshed and still shows the delivery to be done. this means i cannot log a return of the fridge. no one is answering my emails and i am NOT going to waste my airtime trying to phone any more!!!!!!!! this is my second request on hellopeter for someone to contact me -i have been dealing with Tracey- to log this fridge for return and get my money back. I SUGGEST SOMEONE CONTACT ME TO GET THIS FRIDGE RETURNED AND REFUND MY MONEY ASAP !!!!!
