GAME DOES NOT MAKE GOOD ON THEIR PROMISE..AT ALL

I approached Game- Gateway, Umhlanga for the purchase of a television during a sale at the beginning of October. It was for a 55 ' inch television. They they advised me that they were out of stock at that point but in order to still qualify for the sale price and get the television at the advertised price, I would need to pay for it then whilst the sale was still on. Two very convincing sales respresentatives assured me that I would get the television by no later than the first week of November despite them being out of stock. I paid them and took an extended warranty. I duly waited. I waited up until this past weekend, the 12th November 2016 and was informed that Game HAS NOT EVEN PLACED AN ORDER FOR THE TELEVISIONS. I was informed by manager Lopos (who at first told me that an order had been placed and I would get delivery of same by December 2016) that the order for the televisions was cancelled and they could only provide us with an inferior quality brand, which I might add comes with a standard 5 year warranty. So the value of my extended warranty was shot to hell. They are not even willing to credit the total value I had paid towards one of the many other televisions they currently have in stock/on special either. Its quite simple. I was promised a 55'inch telefunken television by no later than the first week of November 2016 which I am yet to recieve. Atleast attempt to satisfy your clients with a decent brand of television and not a cheaper version.Or stop promising clients the world and delivering none.
