Game does not keep its promises

I bought a dstv decoder and paid for installation at Game in Cresta Mall on saturday. After paying and filling the necessary documentation it was prromised that installation will take place on saturday, or Sunday the latest. Today , on a Monday I went to Game to find out why this hasnt happened and i was told the installer's phone was engaged and he would be contacted as soon as he was availble. Now, four hours later i went back to ask again about installation and I am told Game is not responsible for it and we must contact dstv to come do it. so now i dont know what else to do.
