GAME does not honour their advertised or promotional items

Today my pensioner parents drove through to Welkom to go buy 2, possibly a 3rd for a friend, of the MILEX ANTARCTIC AIR COOLERS that are advertised as being available in store from 16 January (TODAY) to 22 January. When they asked an employee where to find them they were told they don't stock such an item and can only be purchased online. My parents then return home, we register on the website to do online shopping ONLY TO THEN find out that this item is not available online and only available in stores. Oh and the website says GAME WELKOM do have this item in stoc****!! So disappointed in GAME. Pensioners cannot afford to keep driving up and down waiting for places like GAME to get their stories right.
