GAME DOES NOT GIVE A DAM ABOUT GIVING BACK MONEY

I placed a order and paid in full on the 10th of april 2022 and it has been n month and 5 days and i have had nothing..... No delivery and no refund.... The one guy on the phone on customer service told me i must wait.... Or my order or my money will be coming 2 weeks ago but whatever comes first they dont know...... I talked to a very nice lady on friday and she said that it is at the financial side that they are waiting...... Well it took me 5min to pay money in Games acount and it is taking more than 2 weeks to get them to give me my money back..... Not even a call to say sorry or to get eney info
