Game does not deliver on time

I am so disappointed in the service or lack of service I am receiving from the Mall of Africa shop. I paid for a delivery on Monday and was promised that it would be delivered by Thursday. Today its Friday and I haven't received my item and no update from Game. What frustrates me even more is that I wanted to come collect it on 2 occasions but your phone ***) rings unanswered. Is it possible for me to get a refund? I will take my hard-earned money elsewhere where I will get a satisfactory service.
