GAME - DOES NOT DELIVER

I've purchased and appliance which were to be delivered, however I have yet to receive it after two days. When I call the store the phone either just rings or I am cut off. I have no idea how to receive my purchase when I am ignored. I am extremely disappointed in the service received.
