Game DO NOT DELIVER

I ordered and paid for a washing machine more than a week ago. The delivery was supposed to happen exactly a week after the order was placed.... surprise that did not happen... so I started following up on the delivery on the day that it was supposed to be delivered.

Long story short, after countless hours of communicating over a few days their delivery company is blaming me that they tried to call me but could not (even though my phone number has been confirmed with them twice) (game customer service has called me 4 times in the past few days so how is it that the delivery company could not???)

CONCLUSION: According to them I am the reason why they have not delivered my order. And I cannot do anything about it and Game would not either.
