Game Dissapoints
We are absolutely disgusted by the service we are experiencing from Game On Line Purchases in South Africa. I paid for a laptop, printer combo that you advertised, on Sun Jun 14 14:52:27 SAST 2020. Delivery has still not been received 25 June 2020. In fact we have spoken to Alex and Ethan on numerous occasions with no proper feedback. We were told that refunds take 14 days which is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable!!!!! If you don't have stock you could just say so and we'll find a more reliable supplier. No one is able to confirm when delivery will take place or if you even have stock available, yet this special is still being advertised. I can just imagine what bad publicity this must be for you. We had just starting supporting Game again and this is how we are treated you will never see any of our business again. THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
