game dispute

<p>On the 31st of March 2016 I opened an account at game. I took a laptop. The total cost was R7990.00. The agreement was that I would pay R375.00 per month starting from the first of May. On the 12of April I received an sms that said I must pay R622.94 on or before the 7th of may. On the first of may i went to pay the R375.00 which we had agreed upon. On the 14 th of May another sms came from game saying I must pay R860.00. Another one came on the 15th of june saying i must pay R948.00 on or before the 7th July. On the 13th of July another one came saying I must pay R1046.00 on or before the 7th of August. On the 12th of August another one came saying I must pay R1144.00 on or before the 7that of September. I have been trying to talk to game staff and management about this because it was not a fault on my side. I have been paying the agreed upon instalment of R375.00 from the first month that I was supposed to pay, instead game management told me that there's nothing they can do their accounts are held by rcs. This has affected my credit record negatively and the arrears just keep on inreasing and game is not willing to help. Everytime I go to them I'm just told there's nothing they can do I must pay the amount they want. Please intervene.</p>
