Game - Dishonest online purchases

1. On the 10th June I purchased a TV online from Game. 2. When my TV did not get shipped as per the given information I inquired and was to it was out of stock, this after they took my money. 3. I then cancelled the order with Game and purchased the same TV from makro. 4. Since then I have been phoning almost every week and have been given the same story that it is with head office and they are waiting on the store to ‘send a slip’ to confirm. 5. It is now the 13th September, 3 months later and I have still not received my refund. I think this is a disgusting level of service and Game needs to be exposed for this
