Game disappoints

Game East London. I bought a JVC portable speaker. The on off switch was defective. I took it back. Game said they could only process it if I had the slip. The slip is one of those that fades in the heat. Nothing on it. They asked for a credit card date payment with proof. I did so with a bank account statement!!! They said it would take a week to find and the would come back to me. 1 Month later nothing! I went back and they said there is nothing they can do. Absolute *******. If they insist on a slip then they need to produce slips that do not fade.

As for the staff!!!!
