Game disappointed me

I'm not satisfied with the service regarding my 7months old phone I bought from game which Still have warranty. It just stopped working n I return it to the store, promised to refund me if the phone is not able to be fixed. In 3 days they called and said my found is being fixed for a day now can they add a screen protector which cost R150 I said no, On 2nd of June they called to come and collect the foun when I got there they cliamed they called by mistake a lady called did not do through checkups...ok fine today they called again the foun needs quotation of 1900.27 to be fixws. I feel ****** and I'm concerned because is still in warranty
