Game disappointed

If I only knew the after service of game stores, I would rather take all my business elsewhere. For 1 year, 4 months I have been having endless problems with my account. Till today every month if I need to use my account, I have issues that it is blocked. I now purchased a snackwich and a race track on Friday the 2nd July and the snackwich is second hand but on the shelf and the race track is damaged after playing with it for a few hours. I have never in my life of purchases from other reputable companies seen this. I have been purchasing from game for over 15 years now and the only joy I have is the Glen Game service but now I am losing my faith in them as well as my purchases was from them.
