Game disapoints make promises they dont keep

Game in cradlestone mall advertised a 3gb ram 32gb A11 phone for R 3000.. I bought it but got home and saw it whas only a 2gb A11 Totally false advertising selling me a smaller phone If I knew its 2gb would never have bought it !! After spending money on extras like covers and screen protectors since phone is new I realise this A11 is the smaller one .....not what they told me or advertised So even the money spent on xtras looks like a waste ! Cradleston game phoned me since I live in Scottburgh Natal promising me they wil phone me back with news whether they have one for me in stock in galleria malls game Tht whas 4 days ago they never phoned back never rep**** like they promised .... How can they advertise it as 3gb ram phone then when I take phone out box at home its 2gb... tht really really stinks Very disapointed
