Game disapoints again
Hi im reporting game .I ordered a washing machine and paid it online in begining april by may they still could not deliver so I cancelled order ...its now the end of may and game is reluctant to give me my money back ....its my money I used money I had bought another machine by builders got it same day hoping and believing game would pay me back in time but now its 19 days and game has not kept their promise they are using covid 19 as a excuse to not pay back my money did the president not say he will deal harsh with those who misuse this epidemic to take money from others ...games excuses is not profesional and my R3600 rand I needed for rent today wich I couldnt pay so I had to borrow money at interest from fnb because game has not paid my money back 3 weeks since canselation tht they could not deliver ...they have my money since begining april....I will advise ppl to not order online because they are at risk of loosing there money whilst game is getting interest on it..
Very disapointed They keep saying sorry but dont pay back my money Pls help me hellopeter. Should I get a lawyer is that what it takes to get game to act

02 Jun 2020, 10:07All you do is basicaly say sorry each time but you still have not refunded me ..today is the 2nd June Game is now becoming a huge embarressment to me ..Soon I have to go to legal aid to assist me to get my money back..
Plus sue for losses tht occured because I did not have my money ..
Im gonna look for legal advice
Plus be sure to know that I will tell as many ppl as possible about this.
Every time you guys appoligise 4th week now no refund ......my money has been games account since 15 april.
