Game didn't inform me that they didn't have stock when I ordered

I ordered a desk from them on the 4th May 2020 I need to do schoolwork and study as I am a senior in high school and this is an important year for me When I ordered the desk It was in full confidence that they had it in stock as there was no reason for disbelief on their online site after waiting patiently for a while now knowing that they are busy with lockdown I have contacted 3 agents through their online chat service who where helpful in a regard now only to be told that they are still looking for a store that has stock I am under a lot of stress and trying to do work and study on the couch is not easy and what's most frustrating is that there was no attempt from them to contact me on the fact that they are looking for stock and it will be longer than the promised 7 working days please contact me so we can sort this out
