Game did ne dirt

On Friday the 29th I went to game store at masingita mall In giyani to purchase blinds that I later return on Sunday because they were too small, I was told that they cannot assist me because the person who deals with pay just now options is on leave and will return on Tuesday, today is Friday the 5th I haven't heard any feedback from the store when I call, I am being transferred from one department to the next I feel so disappointed that a big store like game treat their customers like this, I mean what's so difficult about processing returned items? Like really please I want my money back
